My first book, Breaking the Good Mom Myth was written for ambitious mothers like me who really wanted to nail parenting. Well, as I found out during my professional training, our efforts to be a good mom are noble, but often our approaches are not helpful and sometimes they even backfire.  Catch a little bit of my book-talk that took place at the Mississauga Centre for the Performing Arts.
