Counselling

 

Family Counselling: Alyson’s counselling hours are currently Mondays from 12:30 – 5:30pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am – 5:30pm, and Fridays from 9am – noon ET. Sessions are one hour at the cost of $220CAD +HST. Please be aware that not all insurance providers cover Alyson’s services.

 

Spot Coaching: If your family is doing well, and you would simply like to ask Alyson for advice and/or discipline techniques, you can also book a one-off phone session to address your basic parenting concerns.

Alyson is available for counselling on Monday afternoons, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, plus Friday mornings

Alyson Schafer - B.Sc., M.A. Counselling

Alyson is a third generation Adlerian. She is a member of the North American Society of Adlerian Psychology and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She specializes in Adlerian approaches to individual and family counselling. Alyson also trains clinicians, teachers and parents in workshops worldwide.
